Please read this document carefully before using the 48300 platform. Your continued use of our services indicates that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Account Creation
By accessing or using the 48300 website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
To register an account with 48300, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority as defined by the laws of your place of residence.

2. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a 48300 user, you agree not to:
- Use the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or the laws of your place of residence.
- Cheat, manipulate, or attempt to defraud the payment systems, games, or other users on the platform.
- Using automated software, bots or scripts to access or interact with the platform without prior written authorisation from 48300.
- Distribute viruses, malicious code, or any material that could damage the platform's systems or data.
- Share your account with others or allow any third party to use it on your behalf.
48300 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing accounts without prior notice where there is clear evidence of misconduct.
3. Payment Information & Transactions (MYR)
All financial transactions on the 48300 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and valid.
The applicable payment terms are as follows:
- Deposits: All successful deposits credited to your account are final. 48300 is not liable for any delays or failures caused by your bank or a third-party payment provider.
- Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the account verification procedures in place. 48300 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals for security review purposes where necessary.
- Bonuses and Promotions: Any bonus or promotional credit awarded is subject to the specific terms stated at the time of issuance. Bonus terms may vary depending on the type of offer.
- Charges and Fees: 48300 does not charge any additional fees on standard deposit transactions; however, your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges, which are beyond our control.
- Financial Fraud: Any attempted fraud in financial transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account involved will be closed immediately.
48300 uses encryption technology to protect all your financial transaction data. That said, you are also responsible for ensuring that the devices and networks you use are secure.
4. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
48300 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or the verification process.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
- Receipt of a valid complaint from another user or a third party regarding the conduct of the account holder in question.
- An order from the relevant authorities or a legal compliance requirement.
Should your account be closed for reasons other than a breach of terms, any valid remaining balance will be returned to you via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to identity verification.
5. Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
The 48300 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, 48300 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuous availability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.
48300 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business disruption arising from the use of or inability to use our platform.
All content on the 48300 platform — including logos, graphics, text, interface designs and software — is the intellectual property of 48300 or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, modify or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 48300.
6. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
The 48300 platform may contain references or links to third-party services such as payment providers and game providers. 48300 has no control over the content or practices of those services and accepts no liability for any losses arising from their use.
48300 reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on our website. Your continued use of the platform following any published changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the 48300 platform shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate courts of Malaysia.
